ISER acts in the litigation of the Favela Nova Brasília Case, together with CEJIL (Center for Justice and International Law, before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACHR), participating in periodic meetings to monitor the implementation of the judgment and write reports to the Inter-American Court for supervision of the Case.We act in the mobilization of collective strategies to pressure the Brazilian State to comply with the sentence.
