Intervention and advisory project offered by ISER to Christian leaders committed to the defense of rights, the promotion of citizenship and the defense of democracy in the metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro. In addition to offering training courses that articulate debates on democracy, human rights and social issues that are more sensitive to the territories, the project provides for the development of teaching materials built in Christian language that will be distributed in the communities where it operates. The project also has the counterpart of expanding and strengthening cooperation networks at different levels, in addition to stimulating dialogue between Catholic, evangelical organizations and partners in the field of human rights.

AXÉ-AMÉM is an in-person political-pedagogical training program offered by ISER – Institute for Religious Studies, which promotes dialogue and encounters between Black evangelical and/or Afro-Brazilian religious practitioners, focusing on the possibility of coexistence, cooperation, and the construction of collective strategies to confront religious racism in Brazil.
