It consists of building quantitative databases that trace the historical evolution of armed conflicts over the last 10 years in Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, and Bogotá. The objective is to promote a broad debate that points to public policies related to the issue of conflict associated with drug trafficking in these locations. To this end, journalistic articles relating to the subject will be organized in a common database, which will be made available later.
